We can start your puppy with the right training program as young as 8 weeks old. This is the perfect program for any puppy under 6 months of age. We will help you learn how to raise a well-mannered and confident puppy by addressing all of the “fun” puppy challenges. With commands like Sit, Place & Come we create a solid foundation for a happy obedient dog.
Let us help you teach your dog the essentials, how to create a great foundation for an obedient dog around distractions; this program will teach you how to better communicate with your dog. We offer flexible appointment times for private 1x1 lessons, once completed as an additional option, you will have access to our highly popular group training classes, this is where the magic happens! Day Training is a great way for your dog to get the benefits of an immersion program without spending the night away from home. You would drop off your pup in the AM and return to pick them up in the PM for a private one on one lesson where you will learn what your dog has learned throughout the day. We will create a personally tailored training program which works best for your lifestyle, your dogs breed and their unique “canine-ality”. Once your dog has completed the program you will have access to our highly popular group training classes. Your dog will be working one on one with a professional trainer throughout the day. We will make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed.
Our group puppy pre-school classes at Positive Changes Dog Training are designed for families who enjoy being directly involved in every step of the training process. Group classes offer the benefit of socializing with other dogs and working around distractions. Puppy Pre-School is for dogs 5 months old and under.
Each 6-week course covers a comprehensive range of topics that include house training and basic commands. It's a fun way to create a great foundation to build while helping your pup become a well-mannered, happy and obedient dog.
